Reaching Over Barriers (R.O.B.) is proudly named in tribute to Robert Middleton, the beloved brother of our Founder, Michael Middleton.
Robert dedicated 30 years of his life to serving and protecting his community as a Capitol Heights Police Officer. His commitment to service, his unwavering dedication, and the values he lived by continue to be the guiding force behind R.O.B.'s mission. Though he was sadly taken too soon by pancreatic cancer, his legacy of reaching over barriers - in service, compassion, and strength - lives on in every action and goal of our organization.
We strive daily to honor his memory by embodying the spirit of community and dedication that defined his life.
